What if I need a bike late at night or very early?
We keep WhatsApp open outside our listed hours for late arrivals and early starts.

Can you bring the scooter to where I'm staying?
Yes. Free delivery around Ubud, including Singakerta and Sayan. We drop it off and pick it up when you're finished.
How quickly can I get a bike?
Usually within the hour of messaging us on WhatsApp, sometimes faster if we're nearby.
Are the helmets actually any good?
Yes, we give you proper, solid helmets with every bike, not an afterthought.
What bikes do you have?
Scoopy, Nmax, Fazzio and similar automatic scooters, kept clean and checked between hires. Tell us what you'd like and we'll find one.
Do you do better prices for longer rentals?
Yes, weekly and monthly rates are cheaper per day than a single day, and popular with people staying in Ubud a while.
What happens if the delivery is running late?
We know waiting around is frustrating, so we now confirm a delivery window on WhatsApp before you commit, and keep you posted if anything changes.

Not usually. Most people never see our yard, everything is arranged and delivered through WhatsApp.

Yes, WhatsApp is how nearly everyone reaches us, and it's usually the fastest way to sort a price and a time.
